You have a living room, a mat and two dumbbells. You do not have a gym, a trainer, or any wish to keep paying monthly for a workout app.

What most home workouts lack is structure and a way to see what you are doing. A workout of the day is fine until you do not know what to do next. This is built as a library instead: programs you can follow, and a place to look up any move with photos.

The six programs fit how weeks actually go. A four-week reset of three full body sessions a week for coming back after time off. A dumbbell split over three days of push, pull and legs. No-equipment circuits of 20 to 30 minutes at three levels. Five quick 15-minute morning routines. A lower body program you can add to any plan two days a week. And a core plan of ten minutes a day for four weeks, aimed at people who sit at a desk.

How it works

  1. Take the quiz. Three questions pick your starting program.
  2. Follow the program, look up the moves. Every program points into the library. Filter by equipment, muscle and level, read the setup and the mistake to avoid, and compare the start and finish photos side by side.
  3. Log it. Record sets, reps and weight, keep your streak going and earn badges. Print the 4-week log if you prefer paper.

There is also a recovery chapter on what soreness is telling you, and when a rest day is the right call.

What this is not

It is not a coaching service. There is no upsell and no call to book.

It is not video. Every exercise has a start photo and a finish photo.

It is not medical advice. It is a training guide, so check with your doctor before you start.

And it is not a download you can open from a single file. Unzip the whole folder first, so the photos can find their images folder.

Questions

Is there a monthly fee or a login?

No. You pay once. The library and tracker run from a file on your own computer, so there is no login, no monthly fee and nothing to stream.

Why do I need to unzip the download first?

The library is an HTML file that needs the images folder sitting right next to it. Unzip the whole thing into one folder, keep the HTML file and the images folder together, then double click the HTML file. If you move the HTML file on its own, the exercise photos stop showing.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once you have unzipped it, it opens in your normal browser with no internet.

What equipment do I need?

It depends on the program. One is dumbbell only, one needs no equipment, and the library filters exercises by the equipment you have.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is a training guide. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
